Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. General Provisions
I hereby, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to individual entrepreneur Grigoriev Aleksandr Yuryevich (INN 662312491218, OGRNIP 324237500112533), hereinafter the “Operator”, to process my personal data on the terms set out below.
This consent is given in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” and applies when using the website https://www.softdump.net (including subdomains) and related Operator services.
2. Personal Data
This consent covers the following personal data (to the extent actually provided by me and/or collected when using the website):
- last name, first name, patronymic;
- contact phone number;
- email address;
- account data (login, user ID);
- delivery address and other details provided when placing an order;
- contents of requests (applications, contact form messages, correspondence);
- technical data: IP address, cookie data, browser and device information, date and time of visit, referral source, web analytics data — to the extent necessary for website operation and analytics (see the Cookies and Metrics Policy).
3. Purposes of Processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- concluding and performing sale and purchase agreements and other agreements with the Operator;
- account registration and maintenance;
- processing orders, payments, delivery, and returns;
- communication regarding the order, service, and technical support;
- sending service notices related to the order and website operation;
- improving website and service quality, traffic analysis (where cookies/metrics consent is given);
- complying with the laws of the Russian Federation.
4. Processing Operations
The Operator may perform the following operations: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
Processing may be carried out with or without automation tools.
5. Transfer to Third Parties
Personal data may be transferred to third parties only to the extent necessary for the stated purposes, including:
- payment systems and banks — to accept payment;
- delivery services — to hand over the order;
- hosting, email, and IT service providers — to operate the website;
- web analytics services (for example, Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics) — when the corresponding cookies/scripts are used;
- public authorities — where required by law.
The Operator does not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Term of Consent
This consent is effective from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn, or until the purposes of processing are achieved, unless a longer period is required by law.
I may withdraw consent by sending written notice to info@softdump.net or using the Operator’s contact details. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Where processing is necessary to perform a contract or meet legal requirements, the Operator may continue processing without consent within the limits allowed by law.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
I am aware of my right to:
- obtain information about the processing of my personal data;
- request clarification, blocking, or destruction of data where there are grounds;
- appeal the Operator’s acts or omissions to the competent personal data authority or to a court.
8. Confirmation of Consent
Consent is deemed given when I perform one or more of the following actions:
- checking a checkbox / confirming consent in a website form;
- submitting a request, order, or message, or registering an account;
- continuing to use the website after reviewing these terms (to the extent that separate explicit consent is not required).
